As an HLS student, you can reserve rooms on campus to study in or for student org meetings and events (with organization codes).
- Go to the HLS Room Reservation website.
- Click “Login” under the “My Account” tab in the upper-left corner.
- Sign in using your HLS username (not your HUID) and password.
- After logging in, new tabs will appear across the top.
- Select the “Reservations” tab to find links for booking rooms across campus.
- Choose whether you need an Express Reservation (for quick, simple bookings) or a Full Reservation (for more complex needs, such as events or student org meetings).
- If you’re reserving on behalf of a student organization, you’ll need the group’s organization code.
