Room Reservations

As an HLS student, you can reserve rooms on campus to study in or for student org meetings and events (with organization codes).

  1. Go to the HLS Room Reservation website.
  2. Click “Login” under the “My Account” tab in the upper-left corner.
  3. Sign in using your HLS username (not your HUID) and password.
  4. After logging in, new tabs will appear across the top.
  5. Select the “Reservations” tab to find links for booking rooms across campus.
  6. Choose whether you need an Express Reservation (for quick, simple bookings) or a Full Reservation (for more complex needs, such as events or student org meetings).
  7. If you’re reserving on behalf of a student organization, you’ll need the group’s organization code.
