The Human Rights and Business (HuB) Students Association unites individuals in the Harvard community and beyond around a common concern of promoting human rights in our global economy. Our board consists of domestic and international students from HLS, HKS, and HBS and we have forged alliances with a range of student organizations at HLS from Advocates to the HALB.

HuB-sponsored events serve to educate people about recent developments in international human rights law, business/corporate law, and, the use of domestic legal mechanisms to promote a human rights agenda. Further, our Coffee Chat series connects students with practitioners in the Business and Human Rights (“BHR”) world, providing an opportunity to expand professional networks and learn about what a career in BHR looks like. During the semester, we send out newsletters that track significant developments in the BHR field, contain information on upcoming events, and, provide internship opportunities in BHR. If you currently don’t receive our newsletters, enter your email in the “Get Involved” field at the bottom of this page to sign up!
