A talk by the Hon. Damjan Kukovec, Judge, the General Court, Court of Justice of the European Union.

Damjan Kukovec earned his LLB at the Ljubljana School of Law and earned his master’s and doctoral degrees at Harvard Law School, receiving several grants and awards. Besides teaching at Harvard, he has taught at FGV Law School in Rio de Janeiro, at Kent Law School in Brussels, at the EUI in Florence, and at Middlesex School of Law in London. He has practiced, among others, at the Legal Service of the European Commission, the Court of Justice of the European Union, and the Special Court for Sierra Leone. He successfully pleaded numerous cases before the Court of Justice of the European Union.
