We are honored to welcome Prof. Dr. Chiara Zilioli, Director General Legal Services at the European Central Bank in Frankfurt for a Lunch Talk at Harvard Law School where she will be addressing The Rule of Law, International Cooperation and the Mandate of the European Central Bank. This roundtable conversation will be moderated by Prof. Daniel Tarullo, Nomura Professor of International Financial Regulatory Practice at Harvard Law School.
Professor Chiara Zilioli was appointed Director General of the European Central Bank’s Legal Services in 2013. She holds an LL.M. from Harvard Law School and a PhD from the European University Institute. She lectures at the Institute for Law and Finance at Goethe University Frankfurt, where she was appointed Professor of Law in 2016, and at the European College of Parma, Parma University. She has published numerous articles and three books.
