About the Symposium

The CLA Symposium has been one of our highlight events each year. Our 2017–18 Symposium, titled “Entrepreneurship & Development of China”, attracted more than two hundred attendees. Our past keynote speakers include prominent scholars, such as Professor Larry Summers, business leaders, such as Ms. Zhang Xin (CEO of SOHO China) and Mr. Olin Wethington (former chairman of AIG Companies in China), as well as leaders from international institutions, such as Mr. Ko-Yung Tung (former Vice President and General Counsel of the World Bank) and Ms. Natalie G. Lichtenstein (inaugural General Counsel of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank).
