Since 1995, HALS has aimed to realize its mission of connecting Harvard students to the Asian legal practice by sponsoring annual trips by a delegation of 20 to 30 students to a major city or cities in Asia. The HALS Delegation Trip, held every year in March, is the longest-running student-organization-led overseas trip at Harvard Law School, and in the 24 years since its inception has visited a wide range of cities across East and Southeast Asia.
We are regrettably unsure whether or not we will be able to hold our 2021 delegation trip due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. As such, we will likely be required to hold a replacement event.
