Please join us for a conversation with Scott Ferber, former Counsel for Cyber Investigations at DOJ’s National Security Division and current Partner in King & Spalding’s (D.C.) Data, Privacy, and Security Team. Mr. Ferber will discuss his work at both DOJ and K&S, including current cybersecurity trends and threat actors, public and private information sharing, working with law enforcement, and developing relationships with law enforcement pre-breach.
