Interested in learning about the budding field of cannabis law? Meet OCS Alumna-in-Residence, Lauren Estevez ’13, Principal & Attorney at LME Law in Los Angeles. Ms. Estevez advises licensed cannabis and CBD brands, investors, and operators on legal strategy, regulatory compliance, and transactional matters. She is a nationally recognized subject matter expert in this field, and her work has been featured by Bloomberg Law, The Economist, and SXSW. In 2019, The Daily Journal named Lauren one of the top 40 attorneys in California under 40. Prior to cannabis, Lauren worked on the business side at a start-up, where her clients included F500 and emerging growth companies.
