Tech Disputes – Litigation or Arbitration? A Changing View From Silicon Valley

Please join HIALSA for a discussion with Les Schiefelbein, founder of Schiefelbein Global Dispute Resolution. Mr. Schiefelbein has vast experience as an arbitrator and mediator in commercial and government disputes, and has lived and worked in Silicon Valley as a VP and General Counsel at Lockheed Martin Space Systems and as an independent arbitrator. His presentation will feature the Apple-Samsung dispute (which involved over 50 lawsuits in 9 countries) and present an alternate universe scenario: what would this litigation battle look like if it took place in international arbitration?
