HIALSA Arbitration Review

The Harvard International Arbitration Law Students Association (HIALSA) is proud to present the second edition of the HIALSA Arbitration Review (HAR) – the first arbitration-focused publication edited by Harvard Law School students.

The 2025 edition showcases insightful contributions from Eckart Brödermann, Francisco Jijon, Sol Czerwonko, Sebastian Briceno, Cara Maines, Aleksandra Zanowska, Alejandro Solares, Estuardo Marchena, Julian Flores, Marcela Levy, and Pablo Granello.

Alongside this new edition, we are also republishing the 2024 edition, featuring articles from other prominent arbitrators and practitioners.
