HIALSA Workshop: Written Submissions In International Arbitration

The Harvard International Arbitration Law Students Association (HIALSA) will be hosting its second session in the Workshop series. Following our first session on “Initial Steps in a Dispute: What Comes before the Briefs,” we are pleased to welcome Mr. Kabir Duggal (Baker McKenzie New York Senior Associate) to discuss “Written Submissions in International Arbitration.”
The Workshop will cover nine individual sessions with prominent practitioners and academics, beginning with the preliminary steps in a dispute and concluding with the recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards. The Workshop would serve as a novel space to learn about the practice of international arbitration!
