HIALSA Lunch Talk: Public Purpose in International Law

Please join HIALSA for a lunch talk with Mr. Pedro J. Martinez-Fraga and Mr. Ryan Reetz, partners in Bryan Cave’s Miami office, who will discuss their new book “Public Purpose in International Law.”

Martinez-Fraga is the co-leader of Bryan Cave’s International Arbitration Team. He has represented eight countries as lead counsel and has served in ICSID (World Bank) proceedings. Mr. Reetz is the managing partner of the Miami office. In addition to serving as counsel and as arbitrator in a wide range of international arbitration matters, he teaches, lectures and publishes extensively on international dispute resolution topics.
