40 years of ICSID disputes: what (not) to expect? A critical conversation with Diego Gosis of GST LLP

On the 40th anniversary of the resolution of the first ICSID case, Diego Gosis (partner of Miami boutique GST LLP) will embark on a critical analysis of some of the most controversial shortcomings of the international investment law regime and will analyse some key proposals for reform.
Mr Gosis has participated as counsel for and against sovereigns and private parties or as arbitrator or conciliator in 65+ international disputes under the several rules, and has been ranked among the leading practitioners of international arbitration in Latin America by Chambers & Partners, Legal500 and Who’s Who.
