Sean Doherty: Conversation with Former General Counsel of Bain Capital Turned Biotech Venture Philanthropist

The Harvard Association for Law and Business invites you to join a conversation with Sean Doherty (HLS ’97). Sean was Bain Capital’s first General Counsel and currently serves as chairman of the JDRF T1D Fund, a type 1 diabetes focused venture philanthropy fund which he founded. Earlier in his career, Sean was a big law attorney.
During the event, Sean will discuss advice about early career decisions post-HLS, how to successfully transition from big law attorney to in house counsel, and how to form and operate investment funds in the biotech and biopharma space. Lunch will be provided. We hope you join us!
