Lauren is a third-year law student at Harvard Law School. She spent her 1L summer on the Distressed & Corporate Special Situations team at Angelo Gordon in New York. Prior to law school, she was an investor in the Special Opportunities Group at GIC, focusing on defensive and dislocation-triggered opportunities across asset classes. Lauren began her career as a credit analyst on the Leveraged Finance team at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. She graduated with honors from the University of South Carolina with a B.S. in Finance.

Danielle is a second-year student at Harvard Law School. She graduated from Columbia University in 2021 with a BA in English Literature. As a college student, she occupied roles on over ten Columbia University executive boards and was named Columbia’s 2021 Student of the Year in recognition of her impact on campus. Before starting law school, Danielle worked as a consultant for a data-driven technology startup and in Government Affairs for the Armenian National Committee of America. She spent her 1L summer at Schulte, Roth & Zabel in New York City.

Matisse is a second-year law student at Harvard Law School. She graduated from the University of Michigan in 2019 with a B.A. from the Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy. Matisse began her career in public affairs consulting at Penta Group (formerly Hamilton Place Strategies) in Washington, D.C., where she worked in the corporate Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) strategy space. She spent her 1L summer at Kirkland & Ellis and Warburg Pincus in New York.

Leon is a second-year law student at Harvard Law School. He graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Harvard College, where he majored in Applied Mathematics and Economics and minored in Molecular and Cellular Biology. Prior to law school, Leon worked as an investment banking analyst at Bank of America in the healthcare group, where he focused on acquisitions and financings across the life sciences and healthcare services verticals. He spent his 1L summer at Mintz in Boston.

Reva is a second-year law student at Harvard Law School. She graduated summa cum laude from Boston University with a degree in Business Administration, concentrating on finance and law. She spent her 1L summer at Vinson & Elkins in New York. On campus, she is also involved with the Harvard International Law Journal and the Harvard European Law Association.

Jamie is a second-year law student at Harvard Law School. She graduated with a B.S. magna cum laude from Brigham Young University in 2019. Prior to law school, Jamie worked as a nurse at NYU Langone Medical Center. She spent her 1L summer at the SEC Division of Enforcement in Washington D.C.

Nina is a second-year law student at Harvard Law School. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania in 2020 with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in French. Prior to law school, Nina worked as a public policy analyst at Amazon in Washington, D.C. She spent her 1L summer at Warner Bros. Discovery in New York City. On campus, Nina is also involved with the Committee on Sports & Entertainment Law.

Jake is a second-year student at Harvard Law School and is pursuing a joint JD/MBA degree with Stanford’s Graduate School of Business. Prior to law school, he spent 4 years at McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager, primarily serving public sector clients on public health and infrastructure topics as well as retailers on growth strategy efforts. In 2018, he graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Columbia College with a joint degree in Economics and Political Science. He was also a member of the Track & Field team and a co-founder of 116th & Partners LLC. Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Jake is a passionate supporter of Ohio State football.

Nilofar is a second-year law student at Harvard Law School. She graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from the George Washington University in 2020, where she majored in International Relations. Prior to law school, Nilofar worked as a consultant for Deloitte’s Government and Public Services division. She spent her 1L Summer at Davis Polk & Wardwell in their New York office. Her legal interests lie in the intersection of business, technology, and law.

Farrah is a third-year law student at Harvard Law School. She graduated summa cum laude from Boston University with a B.S. in Business Administration. She spent her 1L summer at Cleary Gottlieb and her 2L summer at Sullivan & Cromwell. Prior to law school, Farrah worked as a technology consultant at PwC in Boston and Los Angeles.

Chris is a second-year law student at Harvard Law School. Prior to law school, he worked as an M&A Research Analyst at Harvey & Company in Newport Beach. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa with honors from the University of California, Davis with a degree in Political Science.

Olivia is a third-year student at Harvard Law School. She graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. in Finance from Florida State University in 2021. Olivia spent her 1L summer at Martin Kenney and Co. in the British Virgin Islands working on international fraud and asset recovery litigation. She spent her 2L summer at Proskauer Rose and will return to join their Private Client Services practice after graduation.

Jonathan is a second-year student at Harvard Law School. He grew up in New York City, and graduated summa cum laude from Columbia University with a degree in Financial Economics. Jonathan was also inducted into Phi Beta Kappa through the Junior Early Election – Columbia’s highest academic honor, awarded to the top 2% of the class. Prior to law school, Jonathan worked in real estate investment and development in Manhattan.

Miranda is a second-year law student at Harvard Law School. She graduated from NYU with a double major in Public Policy and History. Prior to law school, she worked in Legal at Goldman Sachs and was an SEO Law Fellow at Sullivan & Cromwell in New York. She spent her 1L summer at Simpson Thacher in New York.

Jenna is a third-year law student at Harvard Law School. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a BA in Political Science, concentrated in International Relations, and a minor in Law and Society. Prior to law school, she worked in Business Development at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in New York. She spent her 1L summer working as a Legal Intern at Fidelity Investments in Boston and her 2L summer working at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP in New York.

Jessie is a third-year law student at Harvard Law School. She graduated with the highest honor from Tsinghua University with a dual degree in Law and Economics. Prior to law school, she worked as an IP litigation attorney. She spent her 1L summer with Cleary Gottlieb in Washington D.C., and her 2L summer with Davis Polk in New York and London. Her legal interests include antitrust, restructuring, international economic law, and IP.

Scarlett is a second-year law student at Harvard Law School. She graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from The University of Texas at Austin with degrees in Plan II Honors and Government. Prior to law school, Scarlett was a management consultant at Deloitte in their Government and Public Services practice. She spent her 1L summer in the Department of Justice Office of Legislative Affairs. On campus, she is also involved in the Women’s Law Association, First Class, and Harvard Business Law Review.

Sean is a second-year law student at Harvard Law School. Prior to HLS, he worked at Live Nation and Endeavor in addition to founding a startup and 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Sean split his 1L summer between Weil Gotshal & Manges NYC office and the Los Angeles office for Yorn Levine et al. On campus he is the Treasurer for the Harvard Black Law Students Association, Case Assignment Director for Harvard Defenders, and the Executive Editor of Financial Operations for the Harvard Journal on Sports and Entertainment Law.

Saeed is a third-year law student at Harvard Law School and hails from Corona, California. He graduated with distinction from UCLA with a degree in Psychology. Prior to law school, Saeed worked as a Client Advisor at the Louis Vuitton flagship store on Rodeo Drive. He spent his 1L summer at boutique litigation firm Waymaker LLP in Los Angeles, and his 2L summer between Sidley Austin in New York and the Supreme Court of Pakistan. His other involvements on campus include the Committee for Sports & Entertainment Law, Muslim Law Students Association, South Asian Law Students Association, and the HLS Religious Freedom Clinic.

Devin is a second-year law student at Harvard Law School. He graduated from the University of Virginia in 2018 with a B.A. in Political & Social Thought. Prior to law school, he worked as a Police Officer trainee at the Baltimore Police Department, a nonprofit fellow focused on the Baltimore Bail Diversion Program, a paralegal at Skadden Arps, and an SEO Fellow at Ropes & Gray. He spent his 1L summer at Akin Gump and Davidson Kempner Capital Management in New York.

John is a third-year law student at Harvard Law School, originally from Los Angeles, California. He graduated with High Distinction from UC Berkeley with a BA in Economics. He spent his 1L Summer working at Skadden in Palo Alto. He spent his 2L Summer working at Lazard in their Restructuring Group in New York.

Alex is a JD/MBA candidate at Harvard Law School and Harvard Business School. She graduated magna cum laude from Harvard College, where she concentrated in Social Studies. Prior to graduate school, Alex spent three years working as an Equity Research associate for Morgan Stanley in New York. She spent her 1L summer interning at Burford Capital in New York.

Angie is a second-year law student at Harvard Law School originally from New York City. She graduated from magna cum laude from Harvard College with a joint degree in East Asian Studies and Government, focusing on US-China foreign policy. Toibat is a first-year law student at Harvard Law School. She graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Rutgers University in 2022 with a B.A. in Political Science and Economics. Before law school, Toibat worked in entertainment law at Condé Nast and was an SEO Law Fellow at Kirkland & Ellis in New York City. Her legal interests include copyright and trademark law, antitrust, and data privacy. In her spare time, Toibat enjoys listening to podcasts on long bike rides.

Beatriz is an LLM candidate at Harvard Law School and hails from Barcelona. She earned her B.S. in Business Economics in 2018 and completed her B.A. in law in 2019 and her L.L.M. in 2020 at Pompeu Fabra University, achieving top-of-class honors in all three degrees. Before embarking on her Harvard journey, Beatriz worked as a lawyer at the Spanish law firm Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira, and completed a secondment at Gide Loyrette Nouel in Paris. Her career path demonstrates a consistent international focus, highlighted by further experiences living in London, California, Singapore and Madrid.

Henry is a JD/MBA candidate at Harvard Law School and Harvard Business School. He graduated from Princeton University with an engineering degree in Computer Science and a minor in Finance. Prior to law school, Henry was Senior Manager of Strategy for COVAX, the international alliance to provide COVID-19 vaccines to 100+ countries. Before that, he led teams at BCG as a Project Leader concentrating on policy, technology, and supply chain projects. This past summer, he interned with Gigascale Capital, an early-stage VC fund based in Palo Alto with a focus on deeptech climate solutions.

Bobby is a first-year law student at Harvard Law School. He graduated magna cum laude from Georgetown with majors in Finance and International Political Economy & Business. Prior to law school, Bobby worked as an investment banking analyst at Evercore in their Industrials M&A group.

Chandler is a first-year student at Harvard Law School. Prior to law school, he was an SEO Law Fellow at Kirkland & Ellis in San Francisco, CA. He started his career as a product manager at Meta and worked for two years across a variety of products on Facebook and Instagram. Chandler is a summa cum laude graduate of the University of Cincinnati where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science.

Christine is a second-year law student at Harvard Law School. She graduated from Cornell University in 2020, where she majored in Near Eastern Studies. Prior to law school, Christine worked as a Legal Analyst for the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs. She spent her 1L summer at Kirkland & Ellis in New York.

Abraham is a first-year student at Harvard Law School. He graduated summa cum laude from UCLA in 2021 with a degree in political science. Prior to law school, Abraham spent a year working in real estate investment and a year working in AI venture capital.
