Captain Ben Wahlhaus of the International Law Department of the Military Advocate General Corps. of IDF will be presenting on the laws of armed conflict against terror organizations. This interactive presentation provides a rigorous, case analysis of how democracies, can prosecute asymmetrical warfare while adhering to the Law of Armed Conflict (L.O.A.C.).

Col. Adv. Pnina Sharvit Baruch, a Senior Research Associate at the Institute for National Security Studies and Head of the Program on Law and National Security, will be speaking about the recent wave of terrorism in Israel, the ongoing conflict in Syria, and the general dynamics of the Middle East, from an international law perspective.
