Video Games and Mergers with Greg Roussel

In recent months, industry consolidation has accelerated with Microsoft’s announcement of a planned purchase of publisher Activision-Blizzard and Sony’s buy of Destiny studio Bungie. Greg Roussel is a transactional attorney with a focus on M&A at Latham & Watkins. He has advised clients in mega deals such as Facebook’s acquisitions of Oculus and Instagram, and Supercell’s acquisition by Tencent.
