Delisted and Deleted? Copyright Law Solutions to Digital Video Game Preservation

Physical copies of movies, TV shows, music and video games become rarer as people turn to instant digital purchases and streaming services, for their media consumption. Unlike a CD, DVD, or VHS tape, which could last forever, digital-only media has an expiration date. But what happens if we want to preserve them? Kendra Albert from the Cyberlaw Clinic will join the Video Game Law Association to present on video game preservation along with the copyright issues that such work implicates.
