Aaron Mashian, Co-President
Jay Zwick, Co-President
Jay is a second-year law student at Harvard Law School. Originally from NY, he graduated from Beis Medrash Heichal Dovid College with a First Talmudic Law Degree. Jay spent his 1L summer at Midtown Equities LLC, a billion-dollar real estate firm, where he assisted in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, financing, development, leasing, and joint venture agreements. He spent his 2L summer at Paul, Weiss in their NY office and will join their Real Estate department upon graduation.
Daniel Montoya, VP of Operations
Daniel is a joint degree candidate in the Law School and the Graduate School of Design (JD/MUP), originally from Miami, Florida and Medellin, Colombia. He studied government and art history in college before working as a paralegal for the capital markets group in New York City. He is passionate about the intersection of law and urbanism, particularly in the realm of Real Estate and Land-Use Law. He spent his 1L summer at Paul, Weiss in their New York City office.
Adam Lifshitz, VP of Operations
Adam is a JD candidate at Harvard Law School. He has had various previous real estate roles, most recently serving as an Investment Analyst at Long Pond Capital where he focused on investing in publicly traded real estate companies. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School with dual concentrations in Finance and Real Estate and was selected as a Beta Gamma Sigma Scholar.
Andres Marquez, Director of Sponsorship
Andres is a third-year law student at Harvard Law School. Originally from Miami, Florida, he graduated cum laude from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service with a BSFS in International Politics and a minor in French. Andres spent his 1L summer at Greenberg Traurig in Los Angeles and his 2L summer at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom in New York.
David Beer, Director of Communications
David is a third-year law student at Harvard Law School, originally from Cedarhurst, New York. He graduated from Yeshiva University with a B.A. in Mathematical Economics. David spent his 1L summer working for the Securities and Exchange Commission, and he spent his 2L summer at Davis Polk. Prior to law school, he worked in the finance, payments, and real estate industries.
Logan Fahrenkopf, Treasurer
Logan is a second-year law student at Harvard Law School. Originally from Upstate NY, he graduated summa cum laude from the University at Buffalo with a B.S. in Evolutionary Biology. Logan spent his 1L summer at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan. Prior to law school he worked at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals.
Nicholas Gonzalez, Director of Membership
Nick is a second-year law student at Harvard Law School, originally from Brooklyn, New York. He graduated summa cum laude from the University at Albany, SUNY with a B.A. in Political Science. Prior to law school, Nick worked as a corporate paralegal at Cooley LLP and was an SEO Law Fellow at Cleary Gottlieb in New York. Nick returned to Cooley for his 1L summer.
Dovid Epstein, Director of Professional Development
Dovid is a second-year law student at Harvard Law School, originally from New Jersey. Dovid spent his 1L summer working for the Kings County Supreme Court. Prior to law school, he worked at Tryko Partners, a real estate investment group, and at a family office in the finance and real estate departments.
