Jessie He, Co-President
Jessie is a JD Candidate of Class of 2025 from Beijing, China. Before coming to HLS, she studied Sociology, Applied Math and Statistics, and International Studies at Johns Hopkins University. Jessie spent her 1L summer interning at the Central District of California and her 2L summer at Paul, Weiss.
Rebecca Qiu, Co-President
Rebecca is a JD Candidate of Class of 2026 from Toronto, Canada. Rebecca completed her BA at Brown University majoring in History and her MPhil at University of Cambridge focusing on Economic History. She spent her 1L summer in California at the California Department of Justice. During her free time, Rebecca loves to play music and would always be down for a jam session!
Eileen Jeong, Treasurer
Eileen is a JD Candidate of Class of 2025. She graduated from Dartmouth College, where she majored in Economics and minored in Government. She spent her 2L summer at Skadden in New York, where she will be returning as an associate after graduation. Eileen is interested in all developments related to financial markets, technology, and regulation.
Matthew Hirschfeld, Vice-President of Communications
Matthew is a JD/MBA Candidate at Harvard Law School and Harvard Business School. Matthew attended Harvard College where he studied Chemistry and Computer Science, graduating Summa Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa, and with Highest Honors. Prior to law school, Matthew worked in investment banking at Morgan Stanley in New York, followed by various investing roles. Last summer, Matthew worked at Capital Group investing in public equities.
