Miljana Bigović is a Managing Associate on leave from the Dispute Resolution group at DLA Piper in Stockholm, where she advised and represented clients in complex international arbitrations under, inter alia, SCC, ICC, and ICSID rules, across sectors including energy, renewables, finance, and technology.
Miljana is currently pursuing an LL.M. at Harvard Law School and holds additional LL.M. degrees from Stockholm University and the University of Novi Sad (summa cum laude). Miljana is a qualified attorney in Serbia, having trained at WilmerHale in London and broadened her international practice through a secondment at DLA Piper’s Paris office.
Miljana is a regular speaker and lecturer at arbitration conferences and academic institutions. She is the founder of the DLA Piper Global Vis Pre-Moot in Stockholm and has delivered guest lectures at Stockholm University and O.P. Jindal Global University, as well as arbitration training programs in the South Caucasus region in collaboration with the U.S. Department of Commerce.
