
Marcos Díaz Tarragó is a Spanish LL.M. candidate at Harvard Law School (2026) and a Ph.D. candidate in Law at UNED (Madrid). He graduated with excellence from Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona and holds a Diploma in Legal Studies with distinction from the University of Oxford. He later earned a Double Master’s Degree from ESADE and NOVA School of Law in Lisbon. Marcos has advised on high-stakes investment and commercial arbitration matters at leading law firms in Madrid, Bogotá, and Lisbon, involving sectors such as construction, post-M&A, oil and gas, and transport. His experience covers disputes across Europe, Latin America, and North Africa. He has published extensively on arbitration and ADR, and has been actively involved in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, serving as an oralist, national administrator, and judge. Marcos is fluent in Spanish, English, French, Portuguese, and Catalan.
