Hana is an LL.M. candidate at Harvard Law School and a Croatian-qualified lawyer with over six years of experience in top-tier law firms in Zagreb. Prior to her LL.M. studies, she practiced as an Attorney-at-Law at Mišković & Mišković Law Firm, where she advised on capital markets, banking and finance, M&A, corporate, and antitrust law. Her recent work includes advising banks acting as joint lead managers in landmark bond issuances, domestic lenders in syndicated loan financings, and clients in high-profile M&A transactions. She is also engaged in commercial litigation matters. Hana graduated cum laude from the Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb, in 2018. At Harvard, she is deepening her expertise in corporate law, M&A, finance, and capital markets, with a strong emphasis on deal-making, financial analysis and business valuation, and the regulatory frameworks that shape financial markets.
