Workshop Session 1: Initial Steps in a Dispute

In the first of ten Workshop sessions for the 2018–19 academic year, Mr. Olivier André (CPR), Ms. Kathryn Barnes (Chevron), and Mr. Elliot Friedman (Freshfields), in a conversation moderated by Mr. Hugh Carlson (Three Crowns), will discuss the groundwork that is laid before the official commencement of an arbitral dispute.

The panel will begin promptly at 12:00 pm, and last until 1:30 pm. Lunch will be served. Students with class directly following the lunch hour are encouraged to attend, and will be able to make their exit before the session is complete.
