Joint Lunch Seminar: ICDR Y&I and HIALSA on Hot Topics in the Practice of International Arbitration
We are pleased to invite you to the first ICDR Y&I and Harvard International Arbitration Law Students Association (HIALSA) joint seminar, “Hot Topics in the Practice of International Arbitration”!
The event will take place on Thursday 23 April 2015 at Harvard Law School (WCC 2036 Milstein East A). Registration will open at 10.45 AM, with the Seminar running from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM.
Discussion topics include: (i.) the importance of efficiency and economy in international arbitration; (ii.) putting the “expedited” back into international arbitration; (iii.) the need for consolidation and joinder; and (iv.) lawyers behaving badly: what’s to be done?
