Please join HIALSA in welcoming Mr. Alexander G. Fessas for a talk on the practice of the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC Court) headquartered in Paris. As Secretary General and Director of ICC Dispute Resolution Services, Mr. Fessas is responsible for the operational management and coordination of the ICC Court’s Secretariat and other dispute resolution services in Paris, Hong Kong, New York, Sao Paolo and Singapore.
