Please join HIALSA for a discussion with Professor Paula Arias on the recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards. Professor Arias is the Director of the International Moot Court Program and Lecturer in Law at University of Miami School of Law, where she also teaches a workshop on international arbitration and litigation skills as well as a course on Dispute Resolution in Latin America.
