Please join HIALSA in welcoming Cleary Gottlieb NY Partner Mr. Jeffrey A.  Rosenthal for a lunch talk on Arbitration of Sports Disputes.

Mr. Jeffrey A. Rosenthal’s practice focuses on general commercial and international arbitration and litigation, with particular experience in sports-related disputes. He is a member of the Court of Arbitration for Sport, on the executive board of the New York International Arbitration Center and former chair of the 1,500-member Entertainment, Arts and Sports Law Section of the New York State Bar Association. His sports clients have included Mark Messier, Danis Zaripov, the Russian Tennis Federation, the National Hockey League Players’ Association, the Ladies Professional Golf Association, the Chicago Bulls, several former World Cup soccer stars, and a proposed America’s Cup host nation.
