
Andrés is a Mexican LL.M. candidate at Harvard Law School. He studied law at Tecnológico de Monterrey, where he later became a lecturer in Civil and Commercial Procedure and Business Law.
His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and international arbitration, representing clients in high-stakes disputes across the energy, infrastructure, and financial sectors. Andrés has coached and mentored moot court teams at both national and international levels, and he is committed to advancing arbitration and alternative dispute resolution as tools for fostering fair and effective solutions to global challenges.
