Giancarlo is an LL.M. candidate admitted to practice in Venezuela. For the past six years, he worked as an associate at D’Empaire, one of the leading Venezuelan law firms. In that role, he represented clients in domestic and international arbitrations, including commercial and investor-state disputes under the ICSID, UNCITRAL and ICC rules. Giancarlo received his J.D. summa cum laude from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello in 2018 and completed the Advanced Studies Program in Corporate Law from that same university in 2022.
