Alejandra is an LL.M. candidate from Panama. She received her law degree Summa Cum Laude from Universidad Católica Santa María La Antigua. Alejandra co-founded and directed public relations for “Diputado Tu Empleado,” a media project funded by the International Center for Journalists promoting transparency in the National Assembly. During her time at university, she served as Community Manager, Associate Editor, and Director of El Digesto Law Journal. Before joining HLS, Alejandra worked as a Judicial Clerk at the Supreme Court of Justice of Panama, overseeing cases against the government. Her LL.M. focus is on the regulation of Artificial Intelligence and its broader implications, including in the legal practice.
