Welcome to the Harvard Law School Vis-Pre Moot 2025!
Event Details:
- Dates: February 15-16, 2024
- Location: Harvard Law School, 1585 Massachusetts Avenue, Boston/Cambridge
- Format: Each team participates in 5 general rounds (3 on Saturday, 2 on Sunday).
Prevailing teams appear in a final on Sunday afternoon - Registration Fee: US$ 100
- Arrival: Direct travel to Boston; train or bus from New York City
Join us for an exciting two-day event to engage with ambitious teams from around the globe and present your arguments before arbitral tribunals comprising experienced coaches, former mooties, practitioners, and academics from both common and civil law jurisdictions. In our current Harvard LL.M. Class of 2025 alone, you will meet more than 30 Vis alumni, including multiple past winners of the competition.
During the weekend, each team will participate in at least five rounds of oral pleadings. Following these rounds, the top two teams will advance to a grand final on Sunday afternoon. Every team will also receive comprehensive feedback to help refine their skills as they prepare for the Moot! In addition, HIALSA will host several informal networking events, providing a relaxed atmosphere for students and arbitrators to connect and exchange ideas.
