CSEL holds speaker events, social events, and networking treks throughout the year. We have hosted on-campus talks with NBPA Director Michele Roberts, famed player-side sports attorney Jeffrey Kessler, Jacksonville Jaguars Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Counsel Megha Parekh, former NBA player and HLS alumnus Len Elmore, and renowned sport law professor and Sportico legal analyst Michael McCann, among many other distinguished speakers. In addition, we take an annual networking trek to New York in the spring semester. In recent years, our treks have included visits to headquarters of the National Basketball Association (NBA), The New York Times, Marvel, and Major League Soccer (MLS).
