Her distinguished career includes serving as Deputy Director for UNICEF’s Generation Unlimited, where she orchestrated multinational initiatives requiring exceptional partnership development with heads of state, C-suite executives, and global philanthropists.
As UNICEF Representative in Lesotho until 2019, she functioned as country chief executive, reimagining organizational strategy while securing policy reforms through high-level diplomatic engagement. Throughout her career, Dr. Albino has demonstrated exceptional fundraising prowess, consistently mobilizing substantial resources through compelling value propositions and strategic stakeholder alignment.
