Mythili Raman

Partner at Covington & Burling LLP. Former Acting Assistant Attorney General at the Criminal Division of the U.S. Department of Justice. Recognized as a “White Collar Crime Trailblazer” by The National Law Journal.

Mythili Raman is a partner in the Washington D.C. office of Covington & Burling, where she specializes in litigation and white-collar defense and investigations. Prior to joining the firm in 2014, Ms. Raman served as Acting Assistant Attorney General of the Criminal Division at the Department of Justice. Her tenure as a federal prosecutor spanned nearly 20 years, including time at the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Maryland and the Department of Justice. Ms. Raman is a leading expert in the field of white-collar crime and has been recognized as such by The National Law Journal, which named her a “Trailblazer.”
