Julie Bédard is a Partner in international litigation and arbitration at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. Ms. Bédard has served as counsel in international arbitration proceedings before the International Chamber of Commerce, the American Arbitration Association, the International Centre for Dispute Resolution and the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes.  Named a “2014 Rising Star” by the New York Law Journal, and a “2013 Young Global Leader” by the World Economic Forum, Ms. Bédard exemplifies the importance of leadership, vision, and dedication to client service in a practice area that is rapidly gaining importance. As a testament to her abilities and expertise, the International Chamber of Commerce and UNCITRAL both appointed Ms. Bédard a sole arbitrator for several significant proceedings involving large corporations from the U.S., China, Peru, and Spain.
