This workshop with Susan Maze-Rothstein focuses on the fundamental principles of restorative justice as paradigm that could enable freedom dreaming. Of particular interest is the relationship of  traditional or indigenous approaches to justice in responding to the question of why, when and where does justice begin.  A community restorative justice concept currently forming in local communities of color will also be shared. Ultimately, the workshop explores restorative justice as a way of seeking justice in all contexts and as a way of life.
