SHARE
The confidential SHARE office is available to all Harvard community members. They provide confidential support to people who have experienced harm and people supporting others who have experienced harm.

We do not share your information outside of the SHARE Team with anyone at the University, unless you give explicit written consent. Boston Area Rape Crisis Center
The Boston Area Rape Crisis Center has a phone hotline and web chat available.
Call their 24-7 hotline at 800-841-8371 any time or chat online 9:00 a.m.–11:00 p.m. to talk to a hotline counselor about your options.
The Network La Red
The Network La Red is a “survivor-led, social justice organization that works to end partner abuse in lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, kink, polyamorous, and queer communities.” They have a 24-hour hotline available, including for emotional support and safety planning.

Sexual & Reproductive Health
Pregnancy:
In Massachusetts, emergency contraception is available:
- Over the counter at most pharmacies
- At the ScriptCenter Kiosk, inside of the HUHS main entrance in the Smith Campus Center
- By a healthcare provider
- As part of a Sexual Assault Evidence Collection Kit at the hospital
HIV and STIs:
HIV emergency post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP) should be started as soon as possible for maximum effectiveness and must be started within 72 hours of the potential exposure. You can access this at no charge through SANE services or through a medical provider.
