{"id":108,"date":"2025-08-04T17:22:33","date_gmt":"2025-08-04T17:22:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hlsorgs3stg.wpenginepowered.com\/reprojustice\/?page_id=108"},"modified":"2025-10-06T23:29:22","modified_gmt":"2025-10-06T23:29:22","slug":"home","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/orgs.law.harvard.edu\/reprojustice\/","title":{"rendered":"Welcome to HLS ARJ (2025-2026)!!!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The&nbsp;<strong>Harvard Law School Alliance for Reproductive Justice (ARJ)<\/strong>&nbsp;is a student-run organization that promotes reproductive justice as a&nbsp;<strong>civil<\/strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>human<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>right<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sistersong.net\/reproductive-justice\">SisterSong<\/a>&nbsp;Women of Color Reproductive Justice Collective, reproductive justice is \u201cthe human right to maintain personal bodily autonomy, have children, not have children, and parent the children we have in safe and sustainable communities.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This includes the right and ability to make informed choices about one\u2019s body, one\u2019s sexuality, and one\u2019s desire (or&nbsp;not) for a family.
