The moot tests participants\u2019 knowledge of international humanitarian law and public international law, as well as their ability to present, advocate, and defend legal positions with a diverse range of stakeholders in different simulated environments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The NYU Immigration Moot Court Competition<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nyumootcourt.org\/ilc\/\">Immigration Law Competition<\/a> focuses on cutting-edge issues in the field of immigration law, and is judged exclusively by immigration law professionals in the immigration capital of the Nation. The Harvard Law School team won first place in 2006, 2014, and 2015.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The WTO Moot Competition<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/emc2.elsa.org\/\">WTO Law Moot<\/a>, also known as the ELSA Moot, is organized by the European Law Students Association.
