The LIDS Executive Board is composed of current students actively engaged in the organization. It is responsible for the overall management of the organization and implementation of its activities. Each spring semester, new co-presidents are elected and a new board is appointed for the following academic year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

President: Jon Alami<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Jon Alami<\/strong>\u00a0is a 3L at Harvard Law School, focusing on issues at the intersection of economic development, trade law, and policy. He edits for Harvard\u2019s International Law Journal and serves as an Advisor for visiting Harvard College students. Jon is also interested in behavioral science and colonial history and specifically how cross disciplinary insights can contribute to development. Most recently, Jon spent his 1L summer interning for the House Foreign Affairs Committee in Washington, D.C. and spent his 2L summer at the Department of Commerce and USTR.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
