This case also involves allegations of sexual misconduct: plaintiffs state that without the merger\, Vince McMahon would no longer have continued in his role as WWE CEO\, after repeated sexual misconduct allegations. Kimberly Evans\, of Block & Leviton stated: “All of the claims in this litigation stem from one thing: Vince McMahon’s pervasive sexual misconduct against many women in the WWE organization for several years.” This case showcases renowned plaintiff firm Block & Leviton’s commitment to litigating both claims of sexual misconduct and securities fraud issues.
