Fighting for Disability Accommodations at Lyft

Tuesday, November 15, 12:20 PM @ WCC 3016   →    Join HPLA and attorneys from Finkelstein, Blankinship, Frei-Pearson & Garber (FBFG) to hear about their disability rights lawsuit against Lyft for refusing to provide wheelchair-accessible transportation to those who need it. FBFG will discuss the firm’s advocacy for people with disabilities at a time when the U.S. Supreme Court allows Corporate America to make arguments that the case’s presiding judge calls “supremely unjust.”
