- Sauder Schelkopf is currently accepting resumes and interviewing for Summer 2026 Law Clerk Fellows. Sauder Schelkopf established these paid fellowships in 2018 to provide law students with the opportunity to gain significant litigation experience. This nationally recognized program is meant to serve law students who are seeking experience in complex, high impact national litigation. Remote work will be considered. - Burns Charest is hiring exceptional 1Ls and 2Ls as 2026 Summer Associates in their Washington D.C., Dallas, and New Orleans offices. Summer Associates will get real world experience working on our wide variety of cases including those in mass torts, data privacy, antitrust, and environmental law. The firm pays a competitive salary of $2500 per week for 1Ls and $3500 per week for 2Ls. The summer program runs from May through September. We prefer to have summer associates for four weeks. But they are flexible. And, unlike some other firms, Burns Charest encourages summer associates to participate in other programs.
