Welcome to Ledgers & Law, the academic blog of Harvard Law School’s Blockchain and FinTech Initiative. We are committed to publishing rigorous short-form legal scholarship at the intersection of law, blockchain, cryptocurrency, and fintech.

We are currently seeking submissions from scholars, practitioners, and students who are working in, researching, or otherwise interested in this field. Ledgers & Law will go live in Spring 2020. Articles for consideration should focus on a legal topic involving blockchain, cryptocurrency, and/or fintech.

Submissions should be 750-1,500 words in length. Whenever possible, please include embedded hyperlinks to references in the body of the article. If the source is not available online, references should be clear and easy to locate and include the name of the author, the title of the work, the relevant page(s), and basic publication information. Please direct all submissions and inquiries to msvedman@jd20.law.harvard.edu.
