On November 10, the Supreme Court heard oral arguments for one of the most important cases on the docket.\u00a0California v. Texas<\/i> challenges the constitutionality of the Affordable Care Act (ACA), which could have profound implications for millions of Americans. SCOTUS upheld the ACA in 2012 \u2014 but a lot has changed since then, including the justices on the Court. Join the Harvard Health Law Society (HHLS) and the Center for Health Law & Policy Innovation (CHLPI) to break down the case and its implications. CHLPI\u2019s Kevin Costello, Maryanne Tomazic, and Robert Greenwald will discuss the history of the case, what happened at oral arguments, the potential decision, and how to get involved in health advocacy.
