In the first of ten Workshop sessions for the 2018\u201319 academic year, Mr. Olivier Andr\u00e9 (CPR), Ms. Kathryn Barnes (Chevron), and Mr. Elliot Friedman (Freshfields), in a conversation moderated by Mr. Hugh Carlson (Three Crowns), will discuss the groundwork that is laid before the official commencement of an arbitral dispute.<\/p>\n
