Overview<\/strong><\/h3>\n

In co-sponsorship with Y-ADR, CPR\u2019s young lawyers\u2019 group<\/a>, the Harvard International Arbitration Law Students Association (HIALSA) will welcome distinguished international arbitrators and international arbitration practitioners to host the special third and fourth sessions of the International Arbitration Workshop from 4PM-7:30PM on November 7, 2017 in Harvard Law School. All interested students, practitioners, and academics\u2014both from Harvard Law and beyond\u2014are welcome to attend, regardless of prior attendance in HIALSA events.<\/p>\n

Following our first session on \u201cInitial Steps in a Dispute: What Comes before the Briefs\u201d and second session on \u201cWritten Submissions in International Arbitration,\u201d the third and fourth sessions will comprise of a panel on \u201cHearings in International Arbitration\u201d and a Chatham-House style roundtable discussion on the \u201cInternational Arbitrator\u2019s Perspective.\u201d There will be a short reception with wine and light snacks in between the two sessions.<\/p>\n
