Workshop Session 10: Recognition & Enforcement of Arbitral Awards

Please join HIALSA for the last session of our 2018–19 international arbitration workshop on what is usually the last step in the lifecycle of an arbitration, the recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards. Our esteemed panelists for this session of the Workshop include Mr. Steven Kobre (Kobre & Kim, New York), Ms. Danielle Morris (WilmerHale, Washington, D.C.), Ms. Maria Pradilla Picas (Jones Day, Washington, D.C.), Mr. José Antonio Rivas (Vannin Capital, Washington, D.C.) and Ms. Mallory Silberman (Arnold & Porter, Washington, D.C.).

The event will last until 1:30 pm, but students with post-lunch classes should feel free to leave before the end of the event. Those who have attended at least seven of the ten Workshop sessions will be eligible to receive a certificate of completion.

Lunch will be served.
