Please join HIALSA for a lunch talk with Mr. William K. Slate II and Ms. Debora Slate.
Mr. William K. Slate was a member of the UNCITRAL Arbitration Working Group, founded the Commercial Arbitration and Mediation Center for the Americas (CAMA), and is an elected member of the ICCA Governing Council. Ms. Debora Slate was a National VP for Online Dispute Resolution for the American Arbitration Association, and is a former board member for the organization Arbitral Women.
They will be speaking about their research service initiative for international commercial arbitration called Dispute Resolution Data, which was awarded Best Innovation by the Global Arbitration Review in 2017.
A non-pizza lunch will be served.
